A radial aligned synthesis that merges the intervention with the traditional settlement, through a contemporary approach of Naoussa’s architectural structures.
The proposal consists of seven building volumes, hosting forty-two rooms, an open-air market, a pool area, and a seaside restaurant and bar. The existing four buildings, as shown above, will be refurbished and renovated.

The radial placement of the buildings disorients the visitors, while creating the illusion of a dead-end. Through their wandering, the pool reveals itself at the end of the alleys. The viewers' senses are enriched by the optical absence of the sea/pool as they explore the hotel's exterior.

Walking by the alleys facing the Cycladic light and moving under the arches towards the darkness, the space dimensions seem to change. This constant alternation and rhythm of movement remain in complete harmony with the scale of the settlement.

Resort's restaurant
The sandy beach becomes part of the outdoor areas of the restaurant, as well as the beach bar, becoming a natural continuation of it. Also, the vegetation contributes to the completion of the synthesis, either as a detail or as a dominant element. Similar to the hotel's approach, the design idea includes elements of Paros' architecture and landscape, such as the arches, the vegetation, and the materials. However, the concept of the restaurant is inspired by the traditional wooden fishing boats, with their nets and traditional fishing equipment scattered on the port and Greek tavernas.
